Mike Hartman


Mike is the original founder of BetterLifeTraining.com and a former American professional ice hockey player. He played in the National Hockey League for the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning, and New York Rangers. After retiring from hockey, Mike Hartman discovered that his true passion was helping others become their personal best.

The company has been dedicated to personal development, assessments, and coaching since 1999. Hartman has certifications in Axiology, DISC via Behaviors & Motivators. As a former athlete, he understands the importance of taking care of your mental and physical health. After years of training from the best of the best, Hartman has developed the programs, products and coaching forum to enable the skill sets required to take your game to your own highest potential.


Michael Vadini

Chief Executive Officer

Michael is an American entrepreneur, businessman, and former candidate for North Carolina Senate, who is best known for his 30 years of experience in the software industry. He has founded five companies including: Prima Consulting, TITAN Technology Partners Limited, Skylark Productions, Sign-Up Genius, Torus Sphere, Inc. and Better Life Training.

Vadini currently serves as the founder and co-owner of Signup Genius, a freemium and subscription software (SaaS) that assists groups with organizing social activities. In 2014 Signup Genius ranked as 880th spot of US ranked most popular websites from Alexa.com. In 2014, Vadini founded Torus Sphere, Inc. a software company focused on big data visualization and predictive analytics. Torus Sphere, Inc. launched Glew, an enterprise big data software platform initially aimed at marketers.

Vadini received a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and attended the MBA program at Case Western Reserve University but left before completing his degree.
