Our focus is on integrating the Mind, Body and Spirit, while our intention is to help our students in all walks of life discover abundant peace, love, wisdom and joy in their daily lives. Through Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and proper use of the breath, the Mind, Body and Spirit are brought to a healthy balance which fosters peace and happiness in one's life. When the body is strong and flexible and the breath is free flowing, the mind is expansive and the spirit is liberated. We encourage students to figure out what their essential TRUTH is in life, to start courageously applying their talents toward living their Dharma (life-purpose), and to love themselves unconditionally regardless of what is going on in their lives. We understand that this is easier said than done. We are here to help you get through the rough times and also to celebrate your transformation with you.
