I am an Executive Business Coach who specializes in team building. I currently reside in New York city where I help various businesses resolve conflict between their employers, so everyone can ultimately work more efficiently and effectively. I have been in my profession for 15 years now. According to the Harvard Business Review, coaching your employees may be the single most important skill for strong leaders. In a study of Fortune 100 companies, the majority of leaders reported that coaching improved productivity, quality, and teamwork. Coaching can also lift morale and lower turnover. A few questions I ask my clients over and over are: -Where are you now? -Where do you want to be in a year from now? -What’s working for you right now? -What isn’t working for you? I believe everyone has potential, but some, more than others, may need help bringing out their full potential. That is where I step in.
I am passionate about what I do and training others to work as a team. If there is conflict in teams, then they are not working effectively together and not making their potential max revenue for their employer. They are also more likely to quit, which is disruptive, and we all know it costs money to re-train and hire new employees. Whether I am leading an organization through new changes, addressing conflict within the office, or empowering employers and their team members to maximize efficiency, I am always up for the challenge.
