Heather Clarke-Peckerman is the Founder & CEO of Stratengy, an organizational development and employee engagement company that specializes in 3 key areas: Leadership Academies -professional development programs Executive Coaching coupled with Personality Assessments Training Simulations- customized to reflect real-work situations She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a graduate of the number one nationally recognized Coaching School – Institute for Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC). She has received a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association and is certified to deliver Energy Leadership Assessment, Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Degree Assessment, DISC 363 Assessment for Leaders, Achieve Global Leadership Series, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Take Charge of your Career, and Path of Dialogue. Heather has over twenty years of management experience and has consulted for a number of major organizations such as: Novartis, Schering-Plough, Comcast Cable, AT&T Capital Corporation, JCP&L, Compaq Financial Services, CIT Group, Atlantic Health Systems, Nice-Pak, Archdiocese of Newark, March of Dimes, J.H. Cohn, Jackson Hewitt, Pentax Medical and several municipalities and not-for profit organizations. Heather holds memberships in the local networking groups, Who’s Who of National Business Leaders, and Facilitates Strategic Boards. She is a sought after speaker and her delivery style is very engaging, informative and interactive. She is an Amazon Best Selling Co-Author of The Gratitude Book Project: 365 Days of Gratitude and is a respected and admired leader within her community. Heather believes in giving back to her community and is very involved in working with the homeless and the Native Americans in her region. She also works with the Commit Foundation as a coach for transitioning veterans – something she is very passionate about. She is a former board member of the Moxie Exchange Movement where she in part worked with young women to help them become future strong leaders in their communities. She is a former Adjunct Professor and taught Psychology Courses for freshman at a Junior College.
