I am a fun loving coach that believes in handling people with care, to help them achieve there goals. I encourage my clients to push pass their walls in order to see what lies ahead. I am a great communicator at telling stories to help them see the pro and cons of their decisions.

Thomas Stephens is a native of Springfield Ohio where he earned 15 varsity letters in football, basketball, track and baseball. In track he won the state in long jump with a leap of 23:9 inches, which still stands as a school record today. As a standout in High School Thomas was named All State in 3 sports, and was selected into his high school Hall of Fame and voted one of the best male athletes to come out of Springfield Ohio. After High School, Thomas accepted a scholarship to play football at Ohio University and was afforded the opportunity to walk on the basketball and track teams. Thomas lettered in all three sports his first two seasons. And, after his sophomore season he decided to accept a basketball scholarship and finished his final two seasons as the point guard for the Ohio University Bobcats.

Thomas and his wife Melody moved to Charlotte several years ago when a business opportunity opened up for their family in the Queen City. The Stephens’ knew that there where many players who could use their expertise and knowledge. Thomas Stephens and his wife Co- Founded Impact Players LLC Personal Skills Basketball Development Company in 2014. Thomas has coached and trained athletes for well over a decade, and is passionate about Impacting Players both on and off the court beyond the sport. “We Have Fun, Work Hard and Make Mistakes.”
